My Five Favourite Canadian Baby Clothing Brands

I decided to post something a little different today. Not because I’m pregnant ( because I’m not ), but because I spent the last week and a half doing baby gift shopping for friends and family members who have either had babies recently or are due soon. Rather than just looking at the usual H&M, Zara, Gap & Old Navy – I wanted to find some great Canadian baby clothing brands so that I could find something unique while supporting local. So whether you’re looking to up your own baby’s style or are looking to give the cutest gift at the next baby shower you attend – here’s a list of five Canadian baby clothing brands that offer high quality, modern and absolutely Instagrammable baby clothes.

1. OLE DESIGN

OLE Design has modern, natural and minimalistic children’s clothing. They use high quality natural and sustainable textiles like organic cotton. Their milk spots set is my favourite, but everything they have is adorable.

2. PLÜMKIDS LABEL

Fun, simple, minimalistic & comfortable clothes for babies and kids. They have matching “mama & me” options and I’m absolutely obsessed with their tiny human sweater. On top of the tiny human sweater being absolutely adorable, 10% of all of their tiny human items goes to support charities that aid financial & medical needs of children.

3. JAX + LENNON

Jax + Lennon specialize in luxury bamboo essentials that are sustainably, ethically and locally made. All of their patterns and prints are perfect, the hues of their solids are perfectly neutral and they also offer ladies and menswear as well as accessories to match.

4. KEWE CLOTHING

KEWE Clothing is organic and ethically made. They have a bunch of adorable baby basics in both prints and solids. They also offer bibs, blankets and washcloths in matching material for those that love to coordinate.

5. MINIMIOCHE

MiniMioche offers simple basics (in perfect neutral tones might I add) that are made ethically, locally and sustainably. They also run a year-round donation and up-cycle program in all of their stores.

Time to end this post before my baby fever kicks in!
